Tato diplomová práce zkoumá vliv kontaktních čoček a případné změny projevující se na rohovkovém endotelu. Cílem je zjistit, zda má jejich dlouhodobé nošení vliv na parametry endotelu rohovky, konkrétně na hustotu endotelových buněk, jejich hexagonalitu a tzv. koeficient variace. This master's thesis examines the effects of contact lens wear on corneal endothelium and any changes that may occur there. The aim is to determine whether their long-term wear influence the parameters of corneal endothelium, namely the density of endothelial cells, their hexagonality and so-called coefficient of variation.
