Abstract:
Cílem dané diplomové práce byla syntéza a molekulární docking potenciálních terapeutik v léčbě Alzheimerovy nemoci. Design připravovaných sloučenin vycházel z tzv. „multi-target-directed ligand“ strategie, kdy jako funkční farmakofory byly zvoleny glitazon, methyl piperidin-4-karboxylát, jenž je zodpovědný za inhibiční účinek donepezilu vůči acetylcholinesterase, a takrin.
