Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá civilní žalobou. Žalobou se zahajuje sporné řízení. Žalobce se žalobou domáhá ochrany svých práv u nezávislého soudu. Práce je rozdělená do čtyř základních kapitol - historie žaloby, žaloba a žalobní právo, náležitosti žaloby a druhy žalob.
Abstract:
This master's thesis deals with the civil action. The action initiates the contentious proceedings. The plaintiff seeks the protection of rights in the independent court. The thesis is composed of four chapters - the history of the action, the action and the right of action, the essentials of the action and the types of actions.
