Even the most innocent child, needs quidance

Abstract:

Cílem dané bakalářské práce je prozkoumat potřeby dítěte (dle Maslowa) na II. stupni školy a možný vznik frustrace, která vzniká z nenaplněných potřeb. Následně zjišťuji názor učitelů na frustraci ve školním prostředí. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na téma potřeby (definice potřeb, potřeby dítě, důsledky nenaplňování potřeb) a frustrace (definice frustrace, frustrační tolerance, výchovné dopady frustrace). Výzkumná část práce disponuje smíšeným výzkumem provedeným v osmých třídách na žácích základních škol v Moravskoslezském kraji, který sleduje názor žáků na jejich naplněné potřeby a názor učitelů na frustraci a možné výchovné dopady frustrace na žáka. Pro kvantitativní sběr dat byla použita dotazníková metoda určena pro žáky osmých tříd. Pro výzkum kvalitativní, určený učitelům, byla použita technika zakotvené teorie.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to investigate the needs of a child (according to Maslow) on II. level of school and the possible emergence of frustration arising from unfulfilled needs. Subsequently, I find out the teachers' opinion about frustration in the school environment. In the theoretical part, I focus on the topic of need (definition of needs, child needs, consequences of not fulfilling needs) and frustration (definition of frustration, frustration tolerance, educational effects of frustration). The research part of the work has a mixed research conducted in the eighth grade on primary school students in the Moravian-Silesian Region, which monitors the opinion of the students on their fulfilled needs and the opinion of the teachers on frustration and the possible educational effects of frustration on the student. For quantitative data collection, a questionnaire method was used, designed for eighth graders. The grounded theory technique was used for qualitative research intended for teachers.
