Abstract:
Mezinárodní licenční smlouvy Účelem této práce je prozkoumat a uspořádat oblast duševního vlastnictví, především licencí a licenčních smluv, včetně těch mezinárodních. Popsat a vysvětlit všechny v praxi používané typy licencí a licenčních smluv. Dále poukázat na změny legislativy licencí v České republice, vyvolané Novým občanským zákoníkem, a zároveň přinést porovnání se starou legislativou.
