Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi propojení procesního řízení (Business Process Management) s konceptem Corporate Performance management. V praktické části je následně vytvořen prototyp aplikace integrující BPM a CPM řešení. Na základě výstupů může pak organizace lépe a rychleji modifikovat své obchodní plány.
Abstract:
This Master's Thesis addresses potential utilization of Business Process Management principles in Corporate Performance Management concept. Practical objective of this thesis is represented by prototype of an application integrating BPM and CPM solution.
