Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá přehledem současné právní úpravy námořní přepravy zboží se zaměřením na praktické užití přepravních dokladů. Zejména se věnuje charakteristice konosamentu a jeho použití v platební podmínce dokumentární akreditiv. V další části rozebírá možnosti řešení přepravních rizik vzniklých při námořní přepravě a zmiňuje možnosti jejich zajištění.
Abstract:
This thesis provides an overview of the actual law background of carriage of goods by sea and emphasizes the practical application of shipping documents. It describes especially the characteristics of Bill of Lading and its application within the term of payment - Letter of Credit. The thesis also defines the possibilities for securing the perils of the sea.
