The pension reform in the Czech Republic with the focus on the 2nd pillar issues

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma "Důchodová reforma v ČR se zaměřením na problematiku 2. pilíře" je rozdělena na dvě části. První část je věnována metodickému výkladu penzijních systémů, penzijního systému v České republice, jeho problémů a jeho komparace s penzijními systémy zemí Visegrádské čtyřky a zavedení 2. pilíře. Druhá část shrnuje vztah veřejnosti k 2. pilíři. Za účelem tohoto zhodnocení je zpracován dotazník a modely, jejichž získané hodnoty jsou použity k částečnému vysvětlení problematiky 2. pilíře.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis "The pension reform in the Czech Republic with the focus on the 2nd pillar issues" is divided into two parts. The first part is devoted to methodical interpretation of pension systems, the pension systém in the Czech Republic, its problems and its comparison of pension systems of the states of Visegrád Four and introduction of the 2nd pillar. The second part summarizes the 2nd pillar and relation of public with it. In order this evaluation there are made some questionnaire and modelations, whose gained information is used for partial explanation of the 2nd pillar issues.
