Diplomová práce si klade za cíl zjistit, jakým způsobem jsou regulovány podmínky chovu a usmrcování kožešinových zvířat ve farmovém chovu v České republice. První část práce se věnuje odlišení pojmu „kožešinové zvíře“ od obecnějšího pojmu „zvíře“ v právním prostředí. The thesis aims to find out how the welfare and killing of animals breeded for fur are regulated in Czech republic. The first part distinguishes the word „furry animal“ from the general word „animal“ in the legal environment.
