Some Legal and Economics Remarks to the Factoring
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce představuje faktoring jako jednu z možných forem financování mezinárodního obchodu. Práce popisuje faktoring obecně jako formu financování. V mezinárodním měřítku pak rozebírá jeho ekonomické aspekty, tj. cenu faktoringu a faktoringové společnosti, a dále právní faktory, tedy postup pohledávek včetně a faktoringovou smlouvu včetně právní úpravy.
Abstract:
This bachelor introduces factoring as a possibility of financing an international trade. It describes factoring as a way how to finance business transactions. With regard to an international aspect, it focuses on economic aspects of factoring, i.e. factoring cost and factoring companies, and legal aspects, i.e. cession of claims and factoring contract with its legal essentials.
