Diplomová práce se zabývá identifikací a návrhem managementu rizik společnosti IZOS. Práce je zaměřena na identifikaci rizik v rámci bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. Rozdělil jsem ji do šesti kapitol, kde popisuji zásady BOZP ve firemním prostředí, základní pojmy managementu rizik a legislativu BOZP v ČR a EU. The thesis deals with the Identification and Design of Risk Management in IZOS. The work is aimed at identifying risks in the context of occupational health and safety. I divided it into six chapters, where I describe the principles of OHS in the corporate environment, the basic concepts of risk management and OHS legislation in the Czech Republic and in the EU.
