This bachelor thesis concerns the technique of diode laser thermal vaporization inductively coupled plasma (DLTV ICP MS) for the determination of lead in dry blood spots (DBS). Tato práce se zabývá využitím techniky tepelného odpařování pomocí diodového laseru spojeného s indukčně vázaným plazmatem (DLTV ICP MS) na stanovení olova v suchých krevních skvrnách (DBS). V teoretické části práce jsou diskutovány konvenční techniky pro analýzu DBS zaměřené na stanovení těžkých kovů, zejména olova, v krvi, přičemž hlavní pozornost je věnována technice DLTV.
