Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou klasické a laparoskopické cholecystektomie. Zaměřuje se na porovnání rozdílů mezi oběma metodami. Zabývá se rovněž vznikem pooperačních komplikací a potřebě analgetik v pooperačním období. Práce se skládá z části teoretické, ve které se čtenář dočte o problematice onemocnění žlučníku a žlučových cest, o operačních postupech a o předoperační i pooperační péči …more
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the issues of classical and laparoscopic cholecystectomy. It is focused on a comparison of differences between both mehtods. It also analyses the origin of post surgery complications and the need of analgetics in the post surgery period.
