Diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením kvality edukačních materiálů o výživě. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, které se prolínají celou prací. Dále se práce věnuje faktorům, které ovlivňují porozumění edukačním materiálům ze strany čtenáře, a také faktorům, které mají vliv na kvalitu edukačních materiálů. The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the quality of education materials relating to nutrition. The theoretical part defines the basic terms that intertwine throughout the work.
