Proposal of Development Projects for Increasing Attractiveness of the Strážnice Castle

Abstract:

V této diplomové práci se autorka zabývá tématem rozvoje regionů v oblasti kultury a kulturních památek. Konkrétně se zaměřuje na zámek Strážnice, kdy řeší možnosti pro zvýšení jeho atraktivity a tedy budoucí rozvoj. První část práce je zaměřena teoreticky, kde je vysvětlen význam kultury a kulturních památek ve vazbě na udržitelný rozvoj území, obsahuje také výklad obecných pojmů a představuje nástroje pro rozvoj kulturních památek v České republice. Druhá část se prakticky zaměřuje na zámek Strážnice, a sice jeho vývoj, stávající stav a také současnou problematiku. Poznatky jsou shrnuty ve SWOT analýze. Dále je zde aplikována metoda Porterovy analýzy pěti sil a dotazníkové šetření, pomocí kterého jsou v závěru práce vypracovány návrhy projektů pro budoucí rozvoj zámku Strážnice.

Abstract:

In this thesis the author follow up the issue of the regional development in the field of culture and cultural heritage. It specifically focuses on the chateau Strážnice to discuss the possibilities for increasing its attractiveness and therefore the future development. The first part of the thesis is a theoretical part where the importance of the culture and the cultural heritage in relation to the sustainable development of the territory is explained. In this part the explanation of general concepts is contained. There are also presented tools for the development of cultural monuments in the Czech Republic. The second part focuses on the practical side of the thesis, particularly chateu Strážnice - namely its evolution current state and current issues. The findings are summarized in the SWOT analysis. As the last there are applied a method of Porter Five Forces Analysis and questionnaire surveys. According to these surveys the proposals of the future development of the chateau Strážnice are developed in the conclusion.
