Distraint by compulsory sale of chattels carried out via the courts under the code of civil procedure
Abstract:
Cílem práce je zprostředkovat pohled na jeden ze způsobů exekuční činnosti prováděných soudy, kterým je výkon rozhodnutí prodejem movitých věcí. Seznámit s podstatou této činnosti, právní úpravou, zásadami, kterými se řídí, jejím průběhem, okruhem osob, kterých se dotýká, ochranou jejich práv a některými problematickými situacemi, které mohou při této činnosti nastat.

This study sets out to describe one of the ways the enforcement activities carried out by the courts, which is the enforcement of a judgement through the sale of chattels.
