Na simuláciu a modelovanie molekúl v počítačovej chémii a chemoinformatike potrebujeme poznať počítačový model molekuly. Jednou z dôležitých vlastností tohto modelu sú náboje na atómoch. Jednou z metód na získanie nábojov na atómoch je metóda zvaná EEM. Táto metóda má menšie výpočetné nároky v porovnaní s inými metódami na výpočet nábojov. For simulation and modelling of molecules in computational chemistry and chemoinformatics we need a computer model of a molecule. Important characteristics of this model are atomic charges. Atomic charges can be obtained via EEM method, which requires less computing resources when compared to other methods for calculating atomic charges.
