Abstract:

Název: Přeměny obchodních společností- odštěpení Cílem této bakalářské práce je určit správný časový postup a s tím spojené následující kroky, které je třeba dodržovat v případě přeměny obchodní společnosti odštěpením se založením nové obchodní společnosti a dále zvládnutí povinností z hlediska práva, účetnictví, daní, i ekonomiky. Hlavním zájmem této práce je společnost s ručením omezeným, kde hlavní činností je provozování restaurace a stavební práce.

Abstract:

Title: Transformations of Business Companies – Splitting off The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine the appropriate time procedure and related following steps which are necessary to maintain in the case a business company transformation by splitting off and a follow-up establishing of a new business company and consequently managing of all the obligations relating to legal, accounting, taxing and economic points of view. The main interest of thesis is the company with limited liability where the main business activities are focused on running a restaurant and structural works.
