Brownfield transformation process

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je proces přeměny brownfieldu. Za cíl si ukládá analýzu a průzkum dokumentů spjatých s tímto tématem. Práce obecně popisuje tuto problematiku v České republice, ale i v zahraničí. Teoretická část se věnuje pojmu brownfield, jeho rozdělení, možnostem obnovy, financování, jeho lokalizování, nástrojům na obnovu ale i pár příkladům ze světa. Druhá část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje konkrétně na analýzu brownfieldů v Ústeckém kraji. Kapitoly jsou doplněny o grafy a tabulky. Součástí jsou také 2 konkrétní příklady brownfieldů, kde jeden je již dokončen a druhý stále prochází procesem obnovy. Následuje vyhodnocení odpovědí od projektové manažerky, která je spojena s jedním z projektů. Závěrem je shrnuta celá bakalářská práce všech částí a krátká doporučení, vytvořena na základě získaných informací.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the process of brownfield transformation. The aim is to analyze and research documents related to this topic. The thesis generally describes this issue in the Czech Republic, but also abroad. The theoretical part deals with the concept of brownfields, their distribution, recovery options, financing, their localization, recovery tools, but also a few examples from around the world. The second part of the bachelor thesis focuses specifically on the analysis of brownfields in the Ústí nad Labem region. The chapters are supplemented by graphs and tables. There are also 2 specific examples of brownfields, where one is already completed and the other is still in the process of restoration. The following is an evaluation of the answers from the project manager who is associated with one of the projects. In the end, the whole bachelor thesis of all parts and a short recommendation are created on the basis of the obtained information.
