Abstract:

Název práce: Integrace novousedlíků mezi původní obyvatelstvo obcí se suburbánní výstavbou: Sonda do života obce Troubsko Počet znaků (včetně mezer): 98803 Práce se zabývá procesem suburbanizace, který v současné době ovlivňuje zázemí největších sídel České republiky. Zmiňuje zásadní jevy, ke kterým v souvislosti s tímto procesem došlo – změnu sociálně-prostorového uspořádání, fyzického prostředí a výraznou změnu sociální struktury obyvatelstva zasažených oblastí. Text poukazuje na česká specifika tohoto procesu a v souvislosti s tím se zabývá integrací novousedlíků mezi původní obyvatele v místech, kde došlo k suburbánní výstavbě. Integraci hodnotí na základě využívání vybavenosti obce ze strany nových obyvatel, jejich participaci na společenském a kulturním životě, politické a občanské angažovanosti a navazování vztahů v lokalitě. Práce vychází z několika teoretických konceptů. Vychází ze studií lokálních komunit v suburbánních oblastech a zdůrazňuje jejich oslabení v souvislosti s narůstající mobilitou a odtržením času a prostoru. Zmiňuje vliv suburbanizace na politickou a občanskou participaci a jejich význam pro navazování kontaktů mezi lidmi. V souvislosti s materiální základnou společenských aktivit se zabývá fyzickým vzhledem suburbia, jehož kvalita je důležitá pro rozvoj sociálních vztahů. Ve zkoumané lokalitě byly zjištěny tři hlavní překážky integrace. Zapojení nových obyvatel je ztíženo separací suburbia od původní obce, odlišnými charakteristikami a životními styly obou skupin a městským způsobem života novousedlíků.

Title: Integration of newcomers among the indigenous population of localities with suburban construction: The case of the village Troubsko Number of characters (spaces included): 98803 The paper deals with the process of suburbanization that influences hinterland of the largest cities of the Czech Republic today. It refers to its basic effects – the changes of the socio-spatial patterns, the physical environment and the transformation of the social structure of population in target areas. The text points out to Czech specifics of this process and in the connection to them it deals with the integration of newcomers among indigenous population of localities with suburban construction. The integration is evaluated through usage of facilities by new inhabitants, their participation in cultural life, political and civic engagement and their social connections to the locality. This thesis is based on several theoretical concepts. It refers to studies of local communities of suburban areas and it emphasizes their weakening on the grounds of increasing mobility and the separation of time and space. Then it deals with the impact of suburbanization on political and civic participation which are of great importance to connecting people together. In the connection to material base of social activities it is concerned with the physical environment, the quality of which is relevant for the existence of social contacts among people. In the examined locality three dominant barriers of integration were found. The separation of the suburb from original village, different characteristics and lifestyles of both groups and urban manners of newcomers make their integration hard.
