Abstract:
V práci jsou uvedeny teoretické poznatky o mladším školním věku, pohybových schopnostech a plyometrii. V praktické části charakterizuji zkoumané výběry a uvádím jak probíhalo vstupní a výstupní měření u zkoumaných výběrů. Abstract:
The work presents the theoretical knowledge of early school age , motor skills and plyometrics method. The practical part describes the examined selections and introduce how conducted the input and output measurements of the examined samples. Next, we compare and evaluate the obtained data.
