Pro bakalářskou práci jsem si zvolila téma řízení o přestupcích. Ve správní praxi je to institut frekventovaný, který dopadá na nemalý počet občanů. For my bachelor dissertation I have chosen the theme of misdemeanours proceedings. In the administration practice it is a frequent institute, which affects a large number of citizens. The introduction includes a short outline of historical development.
