Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá obecnou analýzou externího a interního auditora. Nejprve v teoretické části jsou popsány obě profese auditu, poté kvalifikace, práva a povinnosti jak externího, tak interního auditora. This bachelor thesis is in general focused on the analysis between external and internal auditor. At first it deals with the description of both audits professions, then qualifications, authorizations and duties of both external and internal auditors.
