Abstract:

Ve své magisterské diplomové práci se věnuji problematice plánování sociálních služeb se zaměřením na cílovou skupinu děti a mládež. Cílem této práce bylo odpovědět na otázku: Zda a jakým způsobem je při rozhodování o nastavení sociálních služeb pro děti a mládež na Hodonínsku uplatňován princip participace? Práce se skládá ze tří následujících celků. V první, teoretické části, vymezuji používané pojmy: děti, mládež sociální služby a participace. Dále se zabývám rozhodování v oblasti sociálních služeb a možnými přístupy i metodami při koncipování těchto služeb. V druhé metodologické části objasňuji zvolenou strategii, techniky a postup výzkumu. Třetí analytická část interpretuje výsledky provedeného výzkumu. Na jejichž základě je v závěru práce zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka. Získaná zjištění, mě přivádí k závěru, že princip participace není při koncipování sociálních služeb v dané lokalitě zcela naplňován a v určitých aspektech je opomíjena role těch, jimž jsou tyto služby určeny.

Abstract:

My thesis is focused on the planning area for the social services concentrated on the children and youth as a target group. Thesis aim was to answer the question: Whether and how is the participatory priciple applyed within Hodonin´s youngsters social services conception ? The thesis consists of the three following parts:In the first theoretical part I define terms which are used: children, youth, social services and the participation. Further I deal with decision-making in the social services, possible approaches and the methods in the design of these services. In the second methodological part I explain the selected strategy, techniques and the process of research. The third analytic part interprets the result of performed research. Based on the result, is the main research quesstion answered on the thesis conclusion. These findings leads me to the following inference: Participation principle is not totally fulfilled of the social services conception and in certain aspects is missed out the role of those who the social service receives.
