Kvasinky jsou významným modelovým organizmem v molekulární a bunečné biologii. Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na využití kvasinky Schizosaccharomyces pombe pro studium chromatinového proteinového komplexu Smc5/6. Yeasts are important model organisms for molecular and cell biology. This diploma thesis is focused on use of yeast Schizosaccharomyces pombe for analysis of chromatin protein complex Smc5/6. This complex is involved in DNA repair mechanisms, but it also functions in a range of other processes.
