Analysis of hydrosols formed after distillation of essential oils from lavender
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá vznikem hydrosolů při destilaci silic z rostlin. Zejména pak se zaměřením na hydrosoly z levandule získané parní destilací a hydrodestlicí. Věnuje se studiu jejich složení s využitím vhodných extrakčních postupů a identifikaci pomocí GC-FID a GC-MS.
Abstract:
The work deals with the formation of hydrosols after distillation of essential oils. Especially with focus on lavender hydrosols after steam distillation and hydrodistillation. It investigates its composition with the use of appropriate extraction procedures and identification by GC-FID and GC-MS.
