Abstract:
Teoretická část práce pojednává o poranění předního zkříženého vazu, následné operaci i rehabilitační péči. Součástí práce je zásobník cviků pro posílení stabilizátorů kolenního kloubu. Výzkumná část porovnává stav sportovců po ACL plastice.
Abstract:
The theoretical part of this thesis deals with anterior cruciate ligament injury, a subsequent operation and rehabilitation. This thesis contains a supply of exercises to strengthen the knee stabilizers. The research part compares the sportsmen’s health status after the acl plastics.
