Práca sa zaoberá problematikou petície a jej vplyvom na verejnú správu. Skladá sa zo štyroch častí. Prvá časť práce charakterizuje petíciu ako pojem, jej vývoj a históriu, taktiež sa charakterizuje verejná správa a kontrola.
