Strategic planníng of social service providers in the town Frýdek-Místek in the context of community planning

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na proces komunitního plánování jako na nástroj plánování nestátních neziskových organizaci ve městě Frýdku-Místku. V procesu komunitního plánování mají nestátní neziskové organizace významnou roli jako poskytovatelé sociálních služeb. Celý proces plánování směřuje ke vzniku uceleného, funkčního a dostupného systému sociálních služeb, který bude stavět na kvalitě služeb, jejich časové i prostorové dostupnosti a současně bude dlouhodobě financovatelný. Teoretická část diplomové práce vymezuje pojmy úzce propojené s komunitním plánováním jako je síťování, komunita a komunitní plán. Rovněž v obecné rovině přibližuje plánování nestátních neziskových organizaci. V závěrečné části teoretické části představuje diplomová práce konkrétní zázemí poskytovatelů sociálních služeb ve městě Frýdku-Místku v kontextu komunitního plánování. Část empirická je opřena o kvantitativní výzkumnou strategii, konkrétně o metodu dotazníkového šetření, jejímž prostřednictvím byl zjišťován názor vedoucích pracovníků sociálních služeb nestátních neziskových organizací ve městě Frýdek-Místek.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focuses on the process of community planning as a tool for the planning of non-governmental and non-profit organizations in Frýdek-Místek. Non-governmental and non-profit organizations have an important role as providers of social services in the process of community planning, The whole process of planning is aimed to creating a comprehensive, functional and accessible system of social services, which is going to build on the quality of services, their time period and spacial availability and it is going to be financed in the long term at the same time. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis defines concepts closely related to community planning such as network planning, community and community plan. Also, in general terms, it draws on the planning of non-governmental and non-profit organizations. In the final part of the theoretical part, the diploma thesis presents a concrete background of social service providers in the town of Frýdek-Místek in the context of community planning. The empirical part is based on a quantitative research strategy, contretely the questionnaire survey method. The opinion of managers of social services of non-governmental and ynonprofit organizations in Frýdek-Místek was found through this.
