Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o metodách řízení sportovních (fotbalových) týmů. V práci se porovnávají tři špičkové fotbalové týmy a jejich způsob výběru a sportovní výchovy jejich hráčů. Pro provedení analýzy byla zvolena kritéria, na jejichž základě je nutné provést komparativní analýzu a zjistit slabé a silné stránky každé z používaných metod. Bachelor thesis is dealing with methods of management of sports (football) teams. This work compares the three top football teams and their method of selection and futher work with players. For the analysis were chosen criteria for providing comparative analysis in order to determine the strengths and weaknesses of each of the methods.
