Abstract:
This paper focuses on up to now experiences with European emissions trading system. It acquaints with the necessary knowledge for understanding the issues of emissions trading and greenhouse gas emissions. It discusses the problems that have arisen since the system was implemented (from 2005) until 2020 and mentions the solutions of these problems.
