Direct presidential election in Europe - comparative analysis
Abstract:
Tématem bakalářská práce je Přímá volba prezidenta v Evropě – srovnávací analýza. Práce se zabývá popisem a komparací historických souvislostí zavedení přímé volby prezidenta, ústavněprávním vymezením přímé volby prezidenta a vymezením prezidentských pravomocí ve vybraných státech – Francouzské republice, Polské republice, Rakouské republice, Slovenské republice a České republice.
Abstract:
The subject of this bachelor work is Direct presidential election in Europe – comparative analysis. The work focuses on description and comparison of historical circumstances, constitutional definition of direct presidential election and definition of his powers in chosen countries – French Republic, Republic of Poland, Republic of Austria, Slovak Republic and Czech Republic.
