Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na řízení projektu vývoje mobilní aplikace. Cílem je aplikování teoretických modelů na konkrétní projekt a jeho vyhodnocení. Měřítkem výsledku je časové dodržení vytvořeného harmonogramu, využití nákladů a splnění určených kritérií k dosažení cílů. The thesis is focused on project management of a mobile application development. The aim is to apply general models on a particular project and its evaluation. Measure criteria are compliance with the established timetable, suitable use of costs and meeting the given criteria to achieve the goals.
