Study of the Bending Behavior of Hockey Stick Composite Profile

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je studium ohybového chování kompozitního profilu hokejové hole s různým poměrem skelných a uhlíkových vláken, jejich vzájemné porovnání při tříbodové zkoušce ohybem zkušebních těles a profilů hole, rázovou zkouškou zkušebních těles a únavovou zkouškou profilů. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou kompozitních materiálů použitých pří výrobě hokejových holí a výrobními technologiemi. Další část definuje únavové chování kompozitních materiálů. Praktická část se zabývá výrobním procesem zkušebních těles pro zkoušky, provedením zkoušek. Dále obsahuje vyhodnocení získaných výsledků, pomocí zkoušky tříbodovým ohybem, rázové zkoušky a únavové zkoušky.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis is to study the bending behavior of the composite profile of a hockey stick with different ratios of glass and carbon fibers, their mutual comparison in a three-point bending test of test specimens and club profiles, impact test of test specimens and fatigue test of profiles. The theoretical part deals with the issue of composite materials used in the production of hockey sticks and production technologies. The next part defines the fatigue behavior of composite materials. The practical part deals with the production process of test specimens for tests, the implementation of tests. It also contains an evaluation of the obtained results, using a three-point bending test, impact test and fatigue test.
