Abstract:

Pedmtem diplomové práce Flexibilita pracovní síly (a nové formy organizace práce) ve vztahu k ešení problém na trhu práce je zhodnotit možnosti využití flexibilních forem zamstnávání ve vztahu k ešení problém na trhu práce v eské republice, vetn pohledu na tuto problematiku ze strany Evropské unie. První ást je zamena na vymezení existujících forem flexibility pracovní doby a zamstnání, a to jak klasických, tak nových. V druhé ásti analyzuji souasnou situaci na trhu práce v eské republice v oblasti právní úpravy, konkrétních pilotních projekt i bariér dalšího rozvoje. V poslední ásti hledám vhodné mechanismy fungující v zemích Evropské unie, které by mohly napomoci ešení problém na trhu práce v eské republice.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis: Labour force flexibility (and new forms of work organization) in the relationship to solving problems in the labour market is to evaluate possibilities for using forms of employment flexibility in relation to find a solution of problems in the czech labour market, including view of this topic from the side of the European Union. The first part is concentrated on definition of existing forms of working time and employment flexibility, both the classic ones and the new ones. In the second part I analyze the present situation of the czech labour market in the field of law regulations, real pilot projects as well as barriers of the future development of this forms. In the final part I look for suitable mechanisms that are efficient in the European Union and could help solving problems in the labour market in the Czech Republic.
