Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá novým způsobem oprav svarových spojů na JE v České republice. Nová metoda oprav svarových spojů je efektivnější a rychlejší než původní metody oprav. Principem je, že se provede návar na původní svarový spoj, kde byla indikována trhlina a tento návar vytvoří bandáž k zastavení šíření trhliny. Metoda se testuje pro materiály 22K a 08Ch18N10T. Jako přídavný materiál je použit Inconel 52M. Zkušební vzorky jsou vyrobeny ve stejném měřítku jako originální vzorky. Na vzorcích se provádí různé testy například: vyhodnocování makrostruktury a mikrostruktury, měření tvrdosti, zkouška rázem v ohybu, zkoušky mezi krystalové koroze a zkoušky koroze. Nakonec jsou naměřené výsledky porovnány a diskutovány.

Abstract:

This thesis solves the new method of repair of welds. This method of repair is named WOL (overlay). The new method is more economical and cheaper than current method. The principle of the WOL method is the overlay weld on original weld, where the defect is indicated. In the Czech nuclear power plant the Russian materials are used. These are carbon steel 22K and austenitic steel 08Ch18N10T. The most common types of welds are the heterogeneous or the homogenous welds. Inconel 52M is used as the weld metal. The samples are made in a scale as the original weld on the steam generator. On the sample are executed the different tests. To give an example, these are the macrostructure, the microstructure, the hardness measurement and notch toughness test. The master problem with welds are the intergranular corrosion. Among the crystalline corrosion are performed several tests. Finally the results are compared and assessed.
