Abstract:
Práce pojednává o možnostech náboru, výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců v Povodí Labe, státní podnik. Zabývá se teoretickými poznatky této problematiky, následně provádí analýzu současného stavu. Poté navrhuje nové postupy, které porovnává s aktuálním stavem.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the possibilities of recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees in Povodí Labe, state enterprise. It deals with theoretical knowledge of this issue, and then performs an analysis of the current state. It then proposes new methods that compare to the current state.
