Influence of the deregulation on the flat market
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na problematiku deregulace nájemného v ČR. Analyzuje současnou situaci na trhu s nájemním bydlením, srovnává cenové změny tržního a regulovaného nájemného, popisuje aktuální legislativní rámec v oblasti nájemního bydlení. Cílem práce je zhodnotit možné ekonomické a sociální dopady deregulace nájemného.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the rent deregulation in the Czech Republic. It analyses current situation on the rent housing market, it compares price changes of the open market rent and the regulated rent, it describes current legal framework in the field of rent housing. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate possible economic and social impact of rent deregulation.
