Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje bentickým rozsivkám, jako bioindikátorům kvality tekoucích vod. Při výzkumu na řece Rokytné byly každý měsíc od dubna do prosince 2012 odebírány vzorky na šesti lokalitách rozmístěných na řece. Ve 46 vzorcích bylo celkem nalezeno 236 taxonů rozsivek náležících k 48 rodům. Na základě druhového složení vzorků byly programem Omnidia vypočítány hodnoty rozsivkových indexů …more
Abstract:
The present study deals with a biological evaluation of water quality of the Rokytna river based on benthic diatoms. Samples were collected regularly once a month (from April to December 2012) at six sampling sites across the river.
