Nekalé soutěžní jednání v rámci hospodářské soutěže

Unfair competition negotiation in the terms of economic competition
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá analýzou a komparací současné právní úpravy nekalé soutěže podle občanského zákoníku s právní úpravou nekalé soutěže dle zákona proti nekalé soutěži z roku 1927. Věnuje se základním otázkám nekalosoutěžního práva dle občanského zákoníku a zákona proti nekalé soutěži- generální klauzuli a zvláštním skutkovým podstatám.
Abstract:
The thesis analyzes and compares the current legal regulation of unfair competition under the Civil Code with the Act Against Unfair Competition from 1927. The thesis deals with the basic issues of the unfair competition law both under the Civil Code and the Act Against Unfair Competition- the general clause and the special forms of unfair competition.
