Written forms of external business communication. An analysis using the example of ZLH Plus, a.s.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of written forms of external company communications using the example of ZLH Plus, a.s. Its theoretical part deals with the definition of communication and company communication. In the first chapter forms of the company communication, i.e. internal and external, are being described. Moreover, business correspondence as well as its current trends are presented. The thesis also focuses on the business letter and on the formal requirements for a business e-mail as well as its communications sector. Subsequently, the theoretical part is devoted to professional language and its classification. Finally, business language and its classifications are clarified. The practical part starts with basic information about method, material and aim. After that follows the company´s profile and the three analyses – macro analysis, micro analysis and microstructure, i.e. mistakes. The analysis focusses on finding and verifying the answers to the three research questions. At the end of the thesis, the results of the analysis are summarized.

Abstract:

Die vorliegende Diplomarbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Analyse der schriftlichen Formen der externen Betriebskommunikation am Beispiel von ZLH Plus, a.s. Der theoretische Teil befasst sich zuerst mit der Begriffserklärung von Kommunikation und Unternehmenskommunikation. Außerdem werden im ersten Kapitel auch die Formen der Betriebskommunikation, d.h. die interne und externe, beschrieben. Des Weiteren werden die Geschäftskorrespondenz im Allgemeinen sowie ihre aktuellen Tendenzen präsentiert. Die Aufmerksamkeit wird auf den Geschäftsbrief gerichtet. Neben den Formvorschriften einer geschäftlichen E-Mail konzentriert sich die Arbeit auch auf ihre beiden Kommunikationsbereiche. Nachfolgend behandelt der theoretische Teil die Fachsprachen und ihre Gliederung. Schließlich werden die Fachsprache der Wirtschaft und ihre Schichtung nähergebracht. Der praktische Teil der Arbeit beginnt mit den Grundinformationen über Methode, Material, und Ziel. Danach folgen das Unternehmensporträt und die drei Analysen – Makroanalyse, Mikroanalyse und Mikrostruktur, d.h. Fehler. In der Analyse werden Antworten auf die drei Forschungsfragen gesucht und überprüft. Schließlich werden die Ergebnisse zusammengefasst.
