Vitamins Supplementation in Cystic Fibrosis
Abstract:
Dizertační práce představuje výsledky randomizované prospektivní nezaslepené srovnávací studie u dětí s cystickou fibrózou. Studie srovnává efekt podávání vitaminů A, D, E a K na olejové bázi a v micelové formuli. hlavním srovnávacím kritériem byly dosažené hladiny vitaminů v séru po 12 a 52 týdnech.
Abstract:
The thesis present the results of prospective randomized open label comparative study of fat soluable versus water soluable vitamins A, D, E and K in children with cystic fibrosis. Primary objective was vitamin serum level in week 12 and 52.
