Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá trestným činem zanedbání povinné výživy. V úvodu je práce zaměřena na základní pojmy, jimiž jsou výživné a vyživovací povinnost podle aktuální právní úpravy. Práce se dále věnuje rozboru trestného činu zanedbání povinné výživy podle ustanovení § 196 trestního zákoníku, včetně přiblížení druhů trestů a vhodnosti jejich užití. This thesis deals with the criminal act of neglected mandatory alimony. At the beginning of the work I am focused on the basic terms like are alimony and the child support as are defined in the current legislation.
