Evaluation of the Czech Financial market supervision effectiveness

Abstract:

Předmětem mé práce je pohled na zhodnocení současné situace v regulaci a dohledu na kapitálových trzích v našem státě, podívala jsem se do minulosti, jak světové, spíše evropské, tak naší. Pro zhodnocení současné efektivity jsem zpracovala i fakta, která ovlivnila současný stav, pro pochopení aktuální situace je zmapování historického vývoje od devadesátých let minulého století důležité. Práce je rozdělena do částí, které specifikují stručný úvod do problematiky, včetně provázanosti dění na finančních trzích. Jsou zde ukázány i další pohledy na problematiku, která s děním souvisí a užší pohled do bankovnictví a mé konkrétní praktické zkušenosti v České spořitelně, a.s. ukazují dopad zákonů, směrnic a nařízení do praxe.

Abstract:

The subject of my work is to look at the assessment of the current situation in the regulation and supervision of capital markets in our country, I have looked back as for global, rather European and our home situation. To assess the effectiveness of current implementation I analyzed also the facts that have influenced the current situation, to understand the current situation is charting the historical development from the nineties. The work is divided into sections that specify a brief introduction, including the interconnection of events on financial markets. They are shown here as well as other perspectives on issues that relate to events and a closer look into the banking sector and my particular practical experience in the Czech Saving Bank shows the impact of laws, EU directives and regulations into practice.
