Transfer of the real estate property
Abstract:
V této práci jsou uvedeny způsoby převodu vlastnického práva a též problematika zápisu jednotlivých způsobů převodu (smluv) do katastru nemovitostí.
Abstract:
This work deals with various ways of proprietary transfer to a real estate and their evidence in the real estate register. Basic definitions are: real property, proprietary, proprietary transfer, deposit into real estate register.
