Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a optimalizací přepravních služeb spediční firmy. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První, teoretická část, se zabývá pojmy doprava, přeprava, zasilatelství a dalšími, které s nimi souvisí. Druhá, praktická část, je zaměřená na ověření teorie v praxi v rámci spolupracující firmy.
