Bakalářská práce pojednává o případech, kdy právní předpisy ukládají zdravotnickým pracovníkům povinnost součinnosti s orgány činnými v trestním řízení. The thesis deals with cases where the legislation provides medical personnel obligation to cooperate with investigative, prosecuting and adjudicating bodies in criminal proceedings.
