Závěrečná práce představuje developerský projekt se všemi podstatnými náležitostmi. Řešené území je Sofijské náměstí v městské části Praha 12, které nabízí přibližně 63 000 m2 hrubých podlahových ploch. Řešené území je aktuálně charakterizováno původní zástavbou s architektonickým a stavebně technickým řešením odpovídajícím přibližně 80. letům 20. století. The final thesis presents a development project with all the essential elements. The area in question is Sofijské náměstí in the Prague 12 district, which offers approximately 63,000 m2 of gross floor area. The area is currently characterised by original buildings with an architectural and structural design corresponding to the 1980s.
