Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou práce z domova v období pandemie Covid-19 ve společnosti ČEZ, a.s. Zaměřuje se na míru využívání práce z domova, připravenost podniku, problematická místa a potřebné kompetence pracovníků pro využití tohoto druhu práce. Pomocí analýzy současného stavu vybrané společnosti popisuje vnímání zaměstnanců flexibilní formy práce z domova v období pandemie Covid-19. Analýza hodnotí jednotlivé aspekty práce z domova, srovnává výstupy s podobnými průzkumy. Dále se zaměřuje na efektivitu práce z domova, výhody a nevýhody, sladění soukromého a pracovního života při práci z domova. Dochází k závěru, že práce z domova je efektivnější, ale také to, že pokud je lidem dána svoboda volby, odvděčí se vám ještě vyšší výkonností, ale zároveň ukázal na negativní účinky dlouhodobé a nepřerušované práce z domova, kde se zaměstnanci cítili příliš izolovaní. Proto je z dlouhodobého hlediska nejideálnější kombinace práce z domova a docházení do kanceláře, která udržuje sociální a společenské vazby.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of working from home during the Covid-19 pandemic in the company ČEZ, a. s. It focuses on the amount of working from home usage, readiness of the company, problematic points, and the employees' skills needed for the use of this type of working. The current situation analysis in the selected company describes how the employees perceive flexible form of working from home during the Covid-19 pandemic.The analysis evaluates the individual aspects of working from home and compares results with similar surveys. It also focuses on the productivity of working from home, advantages and disadvantages, and the reconciliation of private and work life while working from home. In the conclusion, working from home is more efficient, and when the employees are given the possibility of choice, their productivity increases. It presents, on the other hand, the negative effects of long-term and uninterrupted working from home, when the employees felt too isolated. Therefore, taking the long view, the most ideal combination would be working from home and going to the office, which maintains the social connections.
