Circular economy in manufacturing companies

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřená na cirkulární ekonomiku a možnosti jejího využití nejen v podnicích, ale v rámci celého dodavatelského řetězce. V teoretické části je definován pojem cirkulární ekonomika a její principy. Dále se práce zaměřuje na cirkulární dodavatelský řetězec a přínosy a bariéry, které s sebou jeho zavedení přináší. Pozornost je také věnována principům cirkulární chemie. Praktická část je poté věnována prezentaci výsledků výzkumu, který je zaměřen na využívání principů cirkulární ekonomiky v podniku i v rámci dodavatelských řetězců a na přínosy a bariéry této oblasti ve vybraných podnicích v České republice.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the circular economy and the possibilities of its use not only in companies, but within the entire supply chain. The concept of circular economy and its principles are defined in the theoretical part. Furthermore, the work focuses on the circular supply chain and the benefits and barriers that its introduction brings. Attention is also paid to the principles of circular chemistry. The practical part is then devoted to the presentation of research results, which is focused on the use of circular economy principles in the company and within supply chains, and on the benefits and barriers of this area in selected companies in the Czech Republic.
